The System Operator provides scheduling and dispatch services under the Electricity Industry Participartion Code (the 'Code'). This page provides information about the System Operator’s set-up process for Generators and Purchasers who wish to make bids and offers.
In summary this involves:

- Giving notice of intent to submit initial bids/offers
- Arranging COMIT connection for submitting bids/offers
Generators and Purchasers must give at least five business days notice in writing to the System Operator before making an offer or bid for the first time.
