MSP progress to go-live

The count down continues.

Over the last two weeks we have welcomed industry representatives into the Co-ordination Centres to see the new systems in action. We are grateful people have taken the time to visit with us and are pleased with the feedback we have received. The visits have now ended as we prepare to go-live next week.

The go-live date of Tuesday 21st remains stable. Nearly all final issues have been resolved and the Co ordination Centres have been physically reconfigured ready for go live. All auditing has been successfully completed. Go-live now awaits a management decision to be taken next Monday morning. When that decision is taken, go-live transition work commences immediately and will be completed on Tuesday 21st between 11:00 and 11:30am, signifying go-live of the new market system.

Special Winter Schedule (SWS)

As you are aware, this schedule stops publication when the new systems go-live.

The good news is we have arranged to reinstate publication by August 3rd. All the same data will be available from the same COMIT site.

This means there will be a two week gap in SWS publication. We are endeavouring to reduce that gap though we can not confirm earlier availability.

We will advise you as soon as the publication recommences.
